Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Aura Perfume Bar (Jayam Traders), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, replacements, and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Replacements

• Eligibility: We do not accept returns after delivery. However, if the product is found to be damaged during transit, a replacement will be issued.
• Process: To initiate a replacement, you must provide an unedited video clearly showing the package being opened. Once the video is reviewed and approved, the replacement will be processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., unserviceable orders), it will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 business days.
